Domestic Shipping

Hydraulics and Pneumatics calculates delivery fees at checkout, allowing you to view these charges before finalising your order. Shipping costs for both UK and international deliveries are determined by the weight of the products and their destination. Every order incurs a carriage fee, which includes UK VAT at 20% when applicable.

All packages and pallets are dispatched via a tracked service using contracted couriers such as DHL, FedEx, DPD, and Royal Mail. A valid signature from someone aged 16 or older is required upon delivery. If no one is available to receive the package, the courier will leave a card with details for rescheduling the delivery or provide contact information for the local depot.

Please note that deliveries to remote locations, including the Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands, may take longer and could involve an additional surcharge at checkout.

International Shipping

We offer shipping to most locations across Europe and worldwide. However, we cannot ship items classified as Full Dangerous Goods or Dangerous Goods in Limited Quantities by air to international destinations.

To check the shipping costs for your country, please create an account and add your desired products to your basket. The carriage fee will be automatically calculated, enabling you to see the total cost before completing your order.

Certain international destinations may incur additional charges if the delivery address falls outside the standard delivery areas for your country.

While we maintain approximately 12,000 lines of Fluid Power products at Hydraulics and Pneumatics, we cannot stock every product range. To check lead times for specific products, please contact us at 0121 389 4690.

As a UK-based company, please note that international deliveries may be subject to import duties, payable by the customer upon receipt. Hydraulics and Pneumatics does not assume responsibility for these charges.
